PLEASE READ OUR SALON POLICIES:

Please note that Hair at Number Three reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the booked appointment time.

Appointments cancelled on the day or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

SKIN TEST POLICY:

At Hair at Number Three, the health and safety of our clients is our top priority. Certain hair colours can cause allergic reactions, so to minimise this risk, we require a skin (patch) test to be carried out 48 hours before any service involving colour or chemical treatments. A skin test is mandatory for all new clients receiving a colour or chemical service.
