What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday closed. Earlybird appointments available on request.

Do you take walk-ins?

We work on appointments to give every client the time they need. Call 0208 994 8008 if you need a same-day slot, we sometimes have cancellations.

How do I book?

Call 0208 994 8008, email info@hairatnumber3.co.uk, or use the booking links from our Services page.

Do I need a skin test?

Yes, for any colour or chemical service. The skin test is free, takes two minutes, and must be done 48 hours before the appointment. It is mandatory for all new clients.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged at 50%. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

Do you do men's haircuts?

Yes. Gents wash, cut and style is £45. Boys under 12 from £30, ages 13-16 from £40.

What is the difference between Director and Senior Stylist?

Both tiers are fully qualified. Director is reserved for our most experienced stylists, who handle colour correction and complex transformations. Senior Stylist covers the full service list at a slightly lower price.

Do you do bridal hair and makeup?

Yes. Bridal trial £150, full bridal hair and makeup £300. Run by Silvana, qualified in both hair and makeup.

Do you cover other neighbourhoods?

Our regular clients live across Chiswick, Bedford Park, Turnham Green, Acton (W3), Hammersmith (W6), Ealing, and the wider west London area.

Is the salon accessible?

The salon entrance is at street level. Please call us if you need any specific accessibility information for your visit.

Do you sell salon products?

We use professional ranges in salon (Nashi, Olaplex, Filler 123, Deep Infusion). Ask at your appointment if you want to buy a specific product.
