Damaged hair has limits. Some damage is structural and we can rebuild it. Some has gone past rebuild and the kindest plan is a slow grow-out and gradual cut. We will tell you which you are dealing with at consultation - honestly, even if the news isn't what you hoped for.
Signs of damage
- Hair snaps when you brush it wet.
- Lengths feel rough, like straw, even after conditioner.
- Visible split ends along the lengths, not just the tips.
- Hair looks thin or stretched at the lengths.
- Lost elasticity - hair feels stiff or breaks rather than stretches.
- Colour fading much faster than usual.
How we approach damage
- Free consultation. We assess porosity, elasticity, and condition. We talk through what caused the damage so we can stop it continuing.
- Olaplex baseline. Bond repair is the foundation. Standalone £50, or £35 with a colour service.
- Hydration layer. Filler 123 (£45) or Filler Express Nashi (£25) for moisture, alternated with Olaplex visits.
- Treatment plan. Typically 3-4 sessions over 6-8 weeks for noticeable rebuild.
- The honest cut. If the very ends are past saving, we cut. A small amount off lets the rest of the rebuild work.
- Aftercare regime. Specific shampoo, no heat for 2 weeks if possible, weekly home mask, no chemical services until cleared.

Honest reality check
If your hair is severely damaged from bleach or chemical work, no treatment in the world will fully reverse it. We can rebuild bonds and improve feel, but the only true repair is grow-out plus gradual cuts. We will tell you the realistic timeline before we take your money.
